Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund:
Refunds will be completed within 7 to 14 working days. The refunded amount is credited back to the source account/card used for the purchase. Please ensure compliance with the cancellation policy clause to qualify for refunds.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch, subject to a small fee charged by the payment gateway provider and conversion charges. However, if the order is cancelled after dispatch, a return shipping charge and a 35% restocking fee will apply.

Out of Stock:
If something you order is out of stock, NatuRaw Products Private Limited will contact you within 2-6 hours to see if you want to wait, exchange your order for something else, or cancel the order.
Returns & Exchanges:
- You can return a product within 7 days (non-perishable) or 24 hours (perishable) of purchase.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- We reserve the right to modify or update our Return Policy at any time, with changes becoming effective immediately upon posting on our website.
